Mediation Service Fee Schedule

As of April 30, 2018

The hourly rates for mediation services are as set forth below:

Hourly Fees by Number of Parties:

• 2 Parties = $400.00 per hour
• 3 or 4 Parties = $425.00 per hour
• 5 Parties or more = $450.00 per hour

Minimum Fee

• There is no minimum fee. There is no set up or administrative fee.

Administrative, Postponement and Cancellation Fees

• None.
