The hourly rates for mediation services are as set forth below:
Hourly Fees by Number of Parties:
- 2 Parties = $400.00 per hour
- 3 or 4 Parties = $425.00 per hour
- 5 Parties or more = $450.00 per hour
Minimum Fee
- There is no minimum fee. There is no set up or administrative fee.
Administrative, Postponement and Cancellation Fees
- None.
